Dealerships and stand-alone body shops with 10 or more employees are required to maintain OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 forms.
The 300 Log is for recording occupational illnesses and injuries for calendar year 2015 and the summary form (300A) must be posted from February 1 until April 30, 2016.
The 300A form must be posted in an area accessible for employee review. If you fail to complete and post these forms and are inspected by OSHA, you can be fined.
